PagoNxt is looking for a RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS MANAGER, based in our MADRID office.
PagoNxt (a Santander company) incorporates the most disruptive payment businesses, creating one of the world’s largest private fintech.
We operate in three business areas:
- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals
This role will be part of our Trade Solutions team, responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade & supply chain finance, FX management, and trade support services, both for corporates and SMEs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will Responsible for the relationship with Santander banks, covering the outsourcing of payments from the Banks to the Payment Hub. Starting with Santander Corporate and Investment Banking and Santander UK, with future growth planned.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Primary point of contact for bank customers within Payment Hub.
- Identification of addtional business or partnership opportunities
- Risk management of customer throughout the lifecycle
- Owner of customer delight moments and for turning customer problems into moments of customer satisfaction Senior Stakeholder Management within the customer business
- Development of business cases, and responsible for delivery of revenues within Payments Hub and benefits within the customer bank
- Define migrations and oversee process for service delivery once migrations completed
- Lead contractual negotiations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- +3-10 years in B2B customer management
- University degree
- MBA will be a plus
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level of English and Spanish will be a plus.
- Available for extensive travel
