Join our Product Fulfilment team as Digital Product Specialist to help drive the acceleration of our customer centric digital products as we turn TUI Musement into a digital platform business.



HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

There are many ways for you to get involved:Â



- Work with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and needs are understoodÂ

- Analyse requirements and priorities to ensure we are focussing on the most important deliveriesÂ

- Prepare clear user stories and articulate them within the team

- Report and tracking user success metrics

- Prepare training and communications for implementation

- Participation in agile ceremonies



WHAT YOU WILL BRING



There is more than one way to the perfect fit a€“ here are some of the ideal things:Â



- Previous experience in programme or project management in an Agile (Kanban or Scrum) environment

- Stakeholder management across business and technical areas

- An ability to learn and understand complex systems

- Exceptional business analysis and analytical skills

- Ability to show affinity with customer needs that lead to business opportunities

- Good communication skills essentialÂ

- Excellent level of English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
