Job Description
Join Ecolabas Nalco Water Managed Operations group as Waste Water Plant Lead Technician in Bizkaia (Basque Country).
Job Responsibilities:
a To work on a rotating five shifts 24/7 organizational model (aAmerican Shifta) to control the operation of industrial water treatment plants, sewage, waste or high purity.
a Comply with the procedures, instructions, regulations, etc. in terms of H&S, quality and environment for the safe and proper functioning of the facilities.
Job Duties:
a Conduction of water treatment plants (continuous cycle) supervising the main production indicators and regulating processes to ensure the required performance.
a Complete simple reports on the development of the working day and the status of the plant.
a Keep the plant in the best possible condition, carrying out routine cleaning and maintaining order at the workplace and equipment.
a Mechanical maintenance, assembly and disassembly of parts and equipment, replacement of wear elements, etc.
a DC Electrical maintenance (CCMs, switches, etc.) Fault diagnosis and simple troubleshooting or equipment replacement.
a Calibration and basic maintenance of measurement equipment (pH, turbidity, flow meters, etc.)
a Reading and interpretation of mechanical, electrical or I&C plans.
Requirements:
a CFGM or CFGS Electrical, Electromechanical, Regulation and Control Systems, Maintenance of Industrial Equipment, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar.
a Knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, a¦, etc.) and other common industrial equipment in water management plants.
a Basic Training on H&S (50 h).
a Good English, Native Spanish
Skills:
a Ability to work alone and autonomously.
a Middle computer skilled (Ms. Office, familiar with SCADAs and, ideally, CMMS)
a Availability to work on 24/7 rotating shifts and discontinuous call-out service attendance.
a Initiative, problem-solving approach.
Professional Experience:
a Experience in operation and maintenance contracts, reviews, shutdowns, etc. in continuous cycle industrial facilities, and ideally in water treatment plants.
a For this position is needed a multi-tasked professional, so all the related previous activities and experiences are positive.
