CHINESE & SPANISH BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with more than 3 years of proven experience in hunting, farming and closing complex deals with global organizations in Chinese industries.
As executive account management, you will be responsible for driving Account penetration, sales and maintenance, aligned with our clientas business strategy, value proposition and engagement model.
We are recruiting in Madrid for this position but candidates from other areas will be admited.
Your main goal will be to improve our clientas market position in Spain & achieve financial growth.
Gain & maintain an extensive knowledge of market conditions, competitors,
future trends and astate of the arta technology, relevant to the customer experience, contact center and business process outsourcing industries.
You will design commercial strategies in assigned verticals, produce key targets lists, establish effective pipelines, identify and produce new business opportunities and close deals in line with established sales objectives.
Develop an extent networking portfolio of contacts in key verticals.
You will report directly to the Business Development Director in the region and you will work closely with local and international counterparts from business units such as; marketing, business intelligence, workforce management, pricing, HR, recruitment, training, operations, IT and legal, to achieve updated and competitive information
Ensure Customer Satisfaction and brand integrity
Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities.
Consultative & complex selling experienced professional that has a high business acumen and understands principles of value creation and differentiation.
Prioritize and focus efforts on best opportunities (short, medium and long term) based on business needs.
Strong negotiation skills strategies
Anticipate future trends accurately; learn quickly and think independently to adapt as required
Experience with marketing communications and market segmentation.
Key Account Management Skills.
Native Mandarin Chinese, high level of English and Spanish
Demonstrable experience in large Chinese companies will be highly valued
Resident in Spain. Preferably Madrid but not mandatory
Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract
