YOUR ROLE
- Steer, manage and follow-up of the respective brand categories strategy for WE to guarantee retention of customer and sustainable growth.Â
- Ensure successful implementation of annual activity plan and right application of Brand CI.
- Lead tactical execution across spectrum of marketing channels and distribution channels.Â
- Responsible of regional harmonization in GTM and pricing strategy & positioning within the Region.
- Steer implementation in the countries (KPI, distribution, GP1, L17) to ensure we achieve P&L targets. Increase market share and profitability in the region with the planned resources
- Identify and promote strategic opportunities in all WE market.
- Anticipate market trends and exchange with SBU and countries
- Develop together with the local teams winning concepts allowing growth acceleration
- Internal Marketing community creation with countries to create a strong winning and belonging culture.Â
