Excellent professional opportunity to work as a Business Developer in a technology company with offices in Barcelona.
The Business Developer will be responsible for the new business in Spain, working closely with the Marketing team.
The main functions will be:
- Target List: Responsible for the creation of the target list, using inputs from Account Executives and Sales Leaders.
- Lead generation: Work closely with the Marketing teams and partners (resellers) to align the company lead generation strategy.
- Outbound : Pursue opportunities for the company from the target list, planning and executing outbound campaigns to maximize lead generation in alignment with Marketing teams.
- Nurture leads :
Make the first contact with prospects, evaluating if they are qualified opportunities. Nurture leads with demos, business cases and digital commerce content.
- Relationship with prospects and customers: Build and maintain relationships of trust with potential prospects and the customers' decision makers, understanding their needs and advising on the acquisition of the products.
- Brand Representative: Participate in events, give lectures, teach classes and write/share content (academic, business, product, tech cases) to influence the pull of new opportunities.
Requirements: Experience of +5 years in Business Development within technology companies, preferably in SaaS industry. Strong knowledge of E-Commerce ecosystem. Native Spanish and Fluent English.
