A multinational eCommerce software company is searching for a Japanese-speaking Business Analyst.



Responsibilities:



- communication with clients and with software development team based on clients needs

- managing and resolving clients inquiries

- fulfilment and order management

- review clients accounts and perform follow-up on the products use



- organize and create functional specifications



Requirements



- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

- Understanding of the eCommerce software

- 3+ years working in eCommerce　

- Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English (Spanish is a nice to have)

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to convey complex requests

- Convey complex requests and make them simple for analytical purposes

- Client-oriented approach
