Fixed assets management. Ensure capitalizations, depreciations and disposals follows group policies.
Fixed assets reconciliations
Booking intercompany invoices
Reconciliation of intercompany account
The owner of fixed assets and intercompany process for a region
Booking cost allocation
Creating, sending out and booking of transfer pricing invoices
Control of payment for transfer pricing invoices
Preparation of documents for audit
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Support the transition of accounting tasks from different regions making the necessary adjustments to align into Global processes.
Complete the intercompany invoicing cycle for Page Group.
Work in collaboration with the HUB designing and testing for intercompany and fixed assets modules.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Accounting degree, Business administration degree or similar
Excellent Excel skills
High level of English and French
Team player, offering support to others, collaborative spirit
