Your Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure Stock Availability
- Import/Export for the Aftersales, Aftermarket Department
- Tracking shipments and receiving orders
- Internal stock transfers, moving products to other store branches if needed or removing obsolete items
- Record Inventory and release the PO needed to the Purchasing Team
- Inventory and Aftersales, Aftermarket Inventory Tracking in ERP
Your Skills & Strengths
- Bachellor degree Administrative / Linguistic / Secretariat / Tourism
- Background/good knowledge of customer service practices
- Handling CRM is a plus
- Familiarity with Import/Export and International Transports Regulations
- Good data entry and typing abilities
- Knowledge of Logistics basis in Aftermarket will be considered as a plus
- Fluente in English - minimum level C1, possibly fluent in German
- A third language is a plus
- SAP, ODDO or similar
