Monitors technological innovations by evaluating their applicabilityProposes and implements new technologies / solutions according to customer's feedback or needs (collected by Sales & Marketing Departments)Complies with requirements identified by Operations/Assembly Departments.Cooperates with Coesia Engineering Center developing innovative projects. Provides technical support and conducts feasibility studiesDevelops and evaluates new product ideas or strategic product improvements and translates them into usable and marketable productsDefines guidelines and supervises the activities related to prototyping (drafting and modeling) to maximize findings and results.
