revising programs as necessaryProvide innovative training approaches leveraging on technological toolsCreate and maintain training records to produce reportsDesign and deliver coaching paths both for stores managementKnow all retail KPIs and translate them into specific training or coaching programs on the specific needsDesign and deliver interactive training sessions on brand values and customer experience and service quality as well as office function subjectsAssist in coordinating training meetings and any ad hoc projectsFollow up training actions and monitor results in terms of people skills and business resultPropose new initiatives, estimating related training costsSupport the delivery of training across the EMEA RegionKey Requirements4+ years of experience in a similar Training role, preferably in a retail environmentThe ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environmentA flexible and agile approach to workingStrong client orientation approach gained through a client centric businessExperience in delivering Management and Leadership trainingKnowledge and experience in varied coaching techniques High energy individual that is passionate about delivering the training agendaStrong ability to build trusted relationships through a professional but personable approach Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and influencing skillsDemonstrates a passion for fashion and our productAbility to travel and deliver training across the EMEA Region if or when requiredJob TypeRegularStart Date2020-04-01ScheduleFull timeOrganizationGG Luxury Goods GmbH
