We can be found through mediums such as the Amazon Echo, Kindle Fire, iOS, and Android as well as on a mixture of home and auto streaming platforms.This role is primarily responsible for driving engagement campaigns across one or more of our marketing channels.We are looking for a highly analytical, detail and results-oriented individual to help conceive, build and launch new initiatives to drive engagement and promote content across marketing channels. This role will work with stakeholders across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have strong marketing, program management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. Given the complexity of the role, it will also be important to be operationally strong – managing a large number of relationships, dependencies, and timelines across many teams.Basic qualifications- Several years of marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Capable of handling multiple projects/campaigns at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.- Demonstrable ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions- Planning, prioritization and time-management skills- Fluency in written and spoken English; plus one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal, stakeholder management skillsPreferred qualification - Experience in multi-territory campaign management- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or website content management systems- Digital Music industry experience and understanding of trends, seasonality, and competitive landscape
