Your new role will include:Arrangement and facilitation of internal meetings and events (e.g. the usual Board Meeting)Preparation and development of executive slide decks and talks for the board members,

customers or conferencesProviding suitable business reports to support internal analysis and discussionsParticipation in (strategy) projects within the division and in collaboration with other divisionsDriving process excellence for the core processes within the division



Your profile

You are used to dealing with several topics at the same time. Therefore, you are good in setting priorities, and in figuring out who needs what. Moreover, you have a very flexible and proactive approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness. With your good communication skills you Inspire others and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related areasProfound work experience ideally within project management, business development or related areas (semiconductor preferred) Knowledge of project management skillsExperience with facilitation skills and workshop designWillingness to take over ownershipFluent English and German communication skillsPart of your life.
