About the job:Xandr is looking for an Analyst - Operations to support the Central Europe Management leadership team. This position is based in Hamburg and is ideal for an autonomous, intelligent and highly detail-oriented individual who gets things done. Ideal candidate is a reliable problem solver, customer oriented, and able to work with senior executives. This role supports multiple leaders, and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle responsibilities and prioritize across multiple leaders. A first experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments,
with the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment and discretion is a plus.Responsibilities:Prepare the meetings’ agenda in collaboration with the management team, actively gather notes and follow up with the respective teams about the main action items for each meeting.Take a central role in the organization of the different local and regional events throughout the year.Redefine and clarify the processes for the different teams.Prepare and analyze the revenue (and other KPIs) trends on a weekly and monthly basis for the leadership team.Support projects management with Commercial and Technical teams.Shape and maintain the structure of the Central Europe wiki pages to provide coherence throughout the space.Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, the advertising technology industry and the competitive landscapeAbout your skills and experience:An understanding of, and experience in the programmatic advertising industry is a plus.Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for improvement or new initiatives.Excellent presentation and communication skillsWillingness to share knowledge, facilitate teamwork, and maintain excellent cross-functional relationshipsAbility to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapid environment.Bachelor’s degree or higher.Advanced MS office skills.Fluency in both English and German.More about you:You are passionate about and thrive in a culture of learning and teaching.
