Currently we are looking for a suitable individual to join us on the position of Customer Order Desk Specialist for a Temporary Assignment for our Iberian Commercial Operations Department based in Madrid, Spain.

What you’ll do

- Preparation of orders according to the conditions of each client.

- Communication to the clients or to the corresponding Department of the detected differences and the final decision.

- Distribution of the requested material through the orders managing the whole logistic process from the request to the delivery.

- Management and solution of customer complaints regarding goods: material differences in deliveries, breaks, erroneous delivery place, products in bad condition, returns, etc.

- Management of customer queries on product characteristics or use of the same, either by direct reply or by consulting the product Managers (marketing).

- Control and monitoring of the prices to be applied, both imputed in the system and of the ones that the clients apply.  

What you’ll need

- Previous working experience in call centers with focus on case resolution

- It is desirable to have knowledge of SAP

- B2 or C1 English level preferable.

- Academic training in Business Administration, Economics, etc.

- Strong customer orientation

- Analytical skills

- Oral and written comunications habilities)

- Ability to work in a team

- Office handling.
