Role of the IT RPA Lead could be summarized as following:
Co-owned with Business RPA Lead:
· Incident & change reactivity : RPA change management should be fast enough to minimize non-operating times and improve lead time to production for changes
· Evolution Synchronization: continuous synchronization to address evolution of IT ecosystem and impacts on the automated processes and business required changes.
Fully owned:
· Guarantee of control consistency : Virtual Agents must pass a consistent set of vertical procedures (security, compliance, IT, Business...) in order to be aligned with standard and best practices framework, contributing to reduction of existing shadow IT elements.
· Pooling resources and components: RPA resources and components (reusable sub-processes / RPA objects) should be mutualized when possible, a responsibility with IT.
· Respect the IT production standards: production standards drive consistency and proper use of RPA within an industrialized/reference RPA technical platform.
