ADP Iberia is dedicated to providing payroll and HR outsourcing services to its clients. In order to provide the best service, it must have a large area of customer service professionals and a product that serves both the users of the clients and the internal users who perform the entire payroll process, administration of the portal, management with Social Security ...

Objective of the role:

Reporting to the service manager and giving support to the payroll manager, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing an efficient, precise and timely administrative support that covers all areas of payroll administration.

To be successful in this position it is necessary to have previous experience in payroll management departments (Ideally as administrative staff), be up to date in the legislative matter of Social Security management, IRPF and other concepts that may affect the preparation of administrative tasks and daily payroll management in Spain.

You will have high computer skills (MS Office). Catalan and Spanish languages are essential and desirable English.


- Check that the standardized forms (High, Low, Modifications, Changes ...) are completed correctly.

- Recording of data in the payroll program: High, Low, Contract modifications, Personal fixed data, IT parts, Work accidents, Variables, Part of work accident, Absences, Payroll incidents ..

- Check the data recorded in the payroll program.

- Communication and data collection in affiliation of the Social Security: High, Low, Contractual modifications, Parts of IT, as well as contrat @ and Delt @ / Cat365.

- Elimination, modification and cancellation of online data in the different public bodies.

- Elaboration of INE surveys.

- Prepare briefs and compile documentation for the different movements that have to be processed in person.

- Removal, modification and cancellation of out-of-time movements in the different public bodies.

- Fixing and modification of erroneous data in person in the different public bodies (legal guardians, reincorporated women, etc.).

- Creation of contribution accounts for new Work Centers of the clients.



- 1 year experience in a similar position.

- Office automation knowledge.

- Analytical capacity and understanding of functional requirements by users.

- Ability to document the developments carried out.

- Proactive person, well organized.

- Capacity for teamwork.


- Labor Relations

- Training Cycle Medium / higher grade


- English (nice to have)

- Catalan (nice to have)
