Manage the Barcelona's office reception and facilities.

Working at NTT

 To ensure a professional and efficient office management: reception functions, office maintenance, office cleaning, stationery, etc... (including events management).

 Liaise and resolve day to day problems in the offices (e.g. air conditioning issues, plumbing, toilets, general office issues etc…)

 Manage the office’s access control system, acting as a point of contact of all issues relating to access cards.

 Liaise with suppliers to maintain the ground floor intruder alarm system, providing training and resolving any user issues.

 Maintain the offices fixtures and fittings (excluding IT and AV) and ensuring everything is in good working order.

 Support and manage assigned projects from conception to completion, including the specification and tendering process for minor and major works, which may include the procurement of external consultants.

 Assist in the project management all internal office moves (including layout design, build and logistics).

 Process facilities related PO and invoices

 Others as requested.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

AGILITY – be adaptable and flexible. Think, ‘how can I do something?’ not, ‘it cannot be done!’ If the answer is not immediately apparent , stop and think and come up with solutions.

CUSTOMER FOCUS – Exceed customer expectations. It’s not just about external customers, all staff are ‘customers’. At reception nothing should be too much trouble. Refreshments to be offered to visitors as they arrive and/or at the start of their meeting; conference rooms to be cleared after meetings. Nothing should be a trouble to the reception team. Find a solution. A real corporate hospitality focus. Smarter dress sense. Slick and efficient processes.
