Candidate Profile

Reporting to the Customer Success director, the Customer Success Manager for French Markets plays a key role in acquisition and retention of our customer base in Europe. The assignment is a key business development position in SaaS solutions for online voting and electoral solutions, at moment when the pandemic is creating huge possibilities in term of market penetration and is boosting digital processes in public and private sectors. The position is located in Barcelona in our HQ (or home based depending on the pandemic situation).


- Become the trusted advisor of our customers leading them into the successful organization of their voting events: assemblies, electoral or participation processes.

- Be the main point of contact for the assigned accounts, delivering support from the contract signature up to full delivery of the solution, providing an outstanding customer experience.

- Build and maintain Customer Success in assigned customer portfolio in your territory, being accountable for renewals and forecast

- Collaborate with the sales team in detecting opportunities in your territory and actively participating to the closing

- Collaborate with all company departments to enhance internal processes to deliver first class experience while seeking efficiencies and productivity


- English native or full proficiency and Spanish fluent

- Bachelor’s degree

- Demonstrable previous similar positions like Customer Success Management, Account Management, Inside Sales in SaaS businesses with direct interaction with end-customers in B2B

- Tech savvy: Solid knowledge of CRM tools (SFDC) and advanced level of office tools. HTML coding basics is a plus but not a showstopper.

- Sales oriented: ability to perform software demos, and to sell remotely with strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism

- Proven two-way communication skills, both oral and written

- High organizational and management capabilities that allow you to deliver and control multiple client projects simultaneously

- Self-driven, autonomous, and accountable.
