out of the box thinking for new ways of working and cross functional working between central functions and markets. To lead PMI’s Cost Category Management to the next phase, we are establishing a Global CoE function, based in Madrid, focusing on cross functional cost categories (Fleet & Travel, Facility & related services and Corporate Real Estate) with the primary objective to deliver cost optimization targets for PMI’s SG&A; and oversee overall G&A; costs evolution. Your ‘day to day’ The primary role of the Regional Fleet Portfolio Manager is to implement sustainable fleet management (scope covers 23000+ fleet vehicles in more than 80+ countries) that contribute to environmental targets and reduce TCO while maintaining employee's value perception. The Regional fleet Portfolio Manager effectively optimize spend & continually seek opportunities to standardize fleet across the assigned regions (EU/EMEA or LATAM/ASIA). The role requires close working relationships regions and markets assigned.The successful candidate will be responsible for the fleet strategic plans and commercial activity, financial planning, developing governance framework & digitalization, as well as stakeholder relationships. The role will be also in charge to control costs on travel and focus on targets monitoring. Who we’re looking for • University Degree, MBA is a plus.• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.• +10 years of experience in fleet industry, with increasing responsibilities in leasing companies and/or multinational companies, OEM; experience with high-level, complex transaction management with strong record in driving cost optimization.• Proven track record in mid-large fleet management (more than 10k vehicles and large countries scope).• Financial acumen, including problem solving, financial planning, budgeting, analytical and critical thinking skills and solution generation.• Expertise in total cost of ownership management and end to end vehicle lifecycle.• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.• Excellent listening & communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, critical decision making abilities, communication skills and cross networking abilities.• Highly customer oriented with strong collaboration profile. • Strong financial acumen, including problem solving, financial planning, budgeting, analytical and critical thinking skills and solution generation.• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, motivate and measure results.• Ability to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.• Effective in project management, implementation and follow through. • Valid EU work permit.
