About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Services Director for Mondia's Advertising Division [MAd] based in Madrid, to enable MAd and Mondia to grow globally. As a Client Services Director, you will be the key point of communication between the different stakeholders and m.ad.
To oversee and lead the Client Services team as it manages and grows existing client accounts.
To create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximising account growth and profitability, as well as building a pipeline of future work and ensuring that the company?s existing client targets are achieved.
Revenue management and forecasting on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly), setting ambitious objectives and driving results through effective teamwork.
Manage the commercial relationship with MDs and key business managers of all Mondia regional companies, external customers and marketing partners.
Manage relationships with external partners to secure a healthy campaign mix that hits the targets while delivering quality users.
Assist Mondia Pay to integrate the external merchants through business cases.
Assist the external merchants through all the integration process, being m.ad?s point of contact.
Identify and expedite opportunities to up/cross-sell new solutions; seek opportunities to enhance the value proposition and drive revenue/margin realization.
Continually assess the market/industry remaining vigilant for insights and opportunities that enable us to act fast and offer proactive solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions.
Build a culture of high performance and engagement; through effective leadership; mentoring, developing and retaining superstar talent.
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. You will be a visionary team leader who is self-driven and able to work independently. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment industry would be at a distinct advantage.
Candidates with experience in one of these industries would be strong contenders ? Telcos, Digital Monetisation and/or Omni-Channel Digital Marketplace/platforms.
Other Qualifications Include
Proven experience leading commercial activities in a high-growth advertising agency or in-house performance marketing department. Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of international markets such as Middle East, Europe and Africa is a plus.
Strong financial and commercial competency, able to analyse the profitability of campaigns including cost optimization methods and KPIs such as Churn, LTV and ROI.
Critical thinking and creative solutions focus ? ability to think outside of the box. You will have a result driven mindset with innovative solutions that address customer Painpoints or critical business opportunities.
Driven to stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape, and identify opportunities to enhance Mondia?s commercial performance.
Significant experience in a leadership role with expertise in coaching and people development. Ability to encourage self-motivation, improvement, and drive. You are able to help your team members to focus on the priorities and work together as one to achieve the company goals.
Adept at demonstrating Thought Leadership skills; driving the agenda and conversation in your area of expertise.
A background in advertising digital services such as Entertainment, Health, Learning ?. etc.
Strong Analytical Skills And Previous Experience With Revenue Forecasting.
Excellent analytical skills and an ability to manage and forecast revenue.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Experienced with JIRA or similar.
Fluent in English.
