We are looking for a Key Account Manager, leading the development of the company’s business by key customers in the region. The role will be in responsible for executing listings,

sales and promo plans actively and negotiating with the client best possible solutions for the business aiming to grow the company’s share in the categories.

Main Responsabilities

- To explore, identify and pursue the company’s category share growth opportunities within customers

- To reach sales targets for each client via managing excellent execution of a Customer plan

- Identify Key Customers from the standpoint of strategic growth opportunities, generate and propose special joint development programs for such a Customers

- Implement agreed Customer Management strategy in designated territory

- To compile the best possible Customer Plan based on identified growth opportunities for each category actively involving key functions such as marketing, finance, etc.

- Conduct negotiations with the Customer actively involving all functions when necessary.

- Monitor execution by Customer of reached agreements (shelf placement, number of SKUs listed, activities, etc.)

- Monitor product ordering process to ensure shelf stock availability at all times, take proactive measures in case risk of OOS appears

- Coordinate turnover and payment process between Customer and Supplier (Company or Distributor)

- Monitor competition activities/actions, come up with counteracting proposals, approve and implement them

- Attract, retain and develop talents

- Complete all administration and reports within guidelines and on time

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business

Required Qualifications/ Experience

- 3+ years of experience FMCG business management;

- Spanish and English fluent;

- Solid level of understanding of key finance documents (P&L;);

- Ability to promote and implement changes which impact the sales results;

- High level of organizational and personal sensitivity, initiative, planning, organizing;

- Ability to work in team.
