We are looking for a Country Business Leader in charge of the Channels Sales Manager team.



He/ She will report to Southern Countries Leader.



This role works hand in hand with Sales, Technical and Services Sales, Alliances, Finance and HR, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is essential.



The successful candidate will lead a team of Channels Sales Manager, including Telefonica Team and other Carriers.



A multiyear experience (10-15 years) is required to focus on the following success factor for Spain Channels team:





- Channel recruitment

- Distribution assessment and growth

- Specific focus on data Networking and Wi-Fi boost

- Leverage of Telefonica Executive accounting



- People manager (at least 5 years’ experience)





The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development.

The Channel Sales Director is fully responsible for developing and managing the Spanish Channel sales team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas.

Aligning to the sales strategy, the Channel Sales Director defines and implements plan for the assigned Channels to achieve sales objectives.



Responsabilities





- Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and leading in Business Partners and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required

- Make the assessment and review of business partner network and work on proper transformation

- Recruit BPs by design (Vertical, Data, Cloud)

- Development of a winning team spirit

- Conducting weekly forecast meetings

- Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins

- Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management

- Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results

- Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities

- Leading initiatives to drive business partner awareness and engagement

- Develop and execute successful sales campaigns

- Engaging at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations

- Capable of successfully managing significant Business Partner escalations and issues

- Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success

- Develops relevant expertise, brand and network





Required Skills





- Proven experience in enterprise sales, maximum 15 years of experience.

- In-depth enterprise market knowledge advantageous

- A proven, successful background in sales leadership in the enterprise customer space

- Proven ability to create high performing teams and lead them to success

- Proven experience with GTM channel and alliance selling

- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

- Excellent negotiation skills
