UABOS: Spain - Corporate Food Service Administrator


Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering but are mainly administrative in nature. Under general supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance to procedure. Supports general business operations by providing simple administrative support activities. Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.

Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions. Effective oral and written communication skills are required. The skills acquired for this job are typically acquired through a high school diploma and 4+ years of experience.


Update headcount and ration inventory reports

U pdate and produces the calorie cards

P roduce production schedules, daily menus and recipe cards for all meals

Scan and submit all SCW timesheets

T rack all department food safety training

Submit daily contract deliverable (CDRLs) to the Program Management Office (PMO)

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to follow written and oral directions

Must be able to adapt to organizational standards for quality performance and customer services

Must have experience with computer database management and applications

Must be able to provide a strong level of customer services at all times

Must possess strong oral and written communication skills

Must be able to stand and operate equipment for extended periods of time

Must possess knowledge and ability to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point applications and MS Outlook

Must have proficient and efficient typing skills

Must be flexible and maintain professional bearing during performance of assigned duties and tasks as assigned

Must be able to perform mission requirements as required and or directed throughout each contractual PoP (Period of Performance)

Must be able to safely operate copiers, shredder, facsimile, laminator, and other office equipment


Shall have four years’ experience with multi–user computer systems and operations. Shall be proficient with leading/conducting training sessions.

Contractor shall have knowledge of the UNIX operating system, personal computers, networking, Windows NT, Services Operations, CFS, STORES, and the Aloha point–of sales (POS) system. The contractor shall comply with AFCSM 34–331, CFS Food Service Software User’s Manual and current Food Service instructions and manuals.

Shall have completed two years of college.
