MANGOPAY is an end-to-end payment solution for Marketplaces, Crowdfunding and Fintech platforms. Unlike traditional payment solutions, MANGOPAY provides its customers with a developer-friendly API and a white-label solution that can be seamlessly integrated in your design. It enables platforms to accept multiple currencies and multiple payment methods online, hold the funds in segregated accounts and automate pay-outs.

Today, over 2,500 platforms use MANGOPAY’s white-label API. MANGOPAY is a brand of Leetchi Group and part of Credit Mutuel Arkéa.

It was granted an E-Money Issuer licence which is valid in all EEA countries.



Mangopay is in strong growth and continues to develop internationally with new subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal. To intensify the development of our activities and best support entrepreneurs in Iberia, we are looking for a Sales Executive Portugal in Spain.





Job Description





You are a smart seller, you like to sell and are fluent in portuguese,

this add is for you !



Reporting directly to the Country manager Iberia, you will be responsible to develop the business of the Portuguese Market. Your role will be key to help Mangopay become the online payment solution leader in Europe and especially in Iberia.



You will help to drive the country performance in each business function including operations, sales & marketing, customer service, support and all other aspects of the business including financial and legal topics. More specifically, you will…



Product



- Work closely with our Global Product and technical team to analyze and to identify necessary features and payment solutions we should implement or adapt for the Spanish and Portuguese market



Acquisition & Revenue generation & Integration



- Create and drive the Portuguese pipeline

- Be proactive to make sure MGP has a great traction in Portugal to increase business volumes, turnover, margin, growth of existing clients, numbers of new clients…

- Provide a technical and functional expertise for the customers at all stages: pre-sales; integration; activity monitoring in partnership with the CSM team

- Advise and propose the best workflow for the prospects’ business in partnership with the CSM team



Account Management



- Follow the customers’ business evolution as well as technical needs and escalate them to the teams in charge of the roadmap

- Identify any recurring issues or needs and provide reports to the other members of the account management team.

- Closely monitor the customer’s activity and performance, escalating issues to the appropriate teams and service providers



Business analysis



- Benchmarking our key competitors and new entrants

- Provide relevant reporting

- Work hand in hand with the Country manager Iberia & the head of Western Europe to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy





Qualifications





- +2/3 years of experience in the B2B SaaS industry, or in a major digital player, or in a top tier consulting firm or the financial services industry.

- Good understanding of the Portuguese online market - fintech industry would be really appreciated.

- Good local network

- Willingness to travel up in Portugal - Spain - France and Europe and

- You are a problem solver and like to sell;

- You are curious, rigorous, responsive;

- You’re a team player;

- You are confident with web technologies and problematics;

- You know how web coding works, even if you don’t have to code yourself;

- You have a thorough understanding of how a REST API works;

- And of course, you are 100% fluent in Portuguese as well as in Spanish & English. French would be a plus.
