Are you a seasoned sales leader looking for a new challenge?

Do you have a sales background and experience in FMCG as Key Account Manager?

Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will be:

- Manage National key accounts, developing collaborative customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales and business objectives.

- Execute the commercial strategy and business plans for the portfolio of brands to successfully reach consumers at the Point-of-Sales.

- Negotiate successful agreements to achieve sales and profitability targets, within the customer’s budget.

- Develop and implement in-store visibility plans in coordination with the POST Team to achieve excellent in-store execution.

- Analyze sell-in and sell-out customer data to develop specific customer strategy & plans.

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and objectives for the category.

- Share and reapply insights and best practices within the sales team.

- Act as a brand lead consumer expert to align strategies across functions including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Insights teams.

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or similar

- MSc/MA/MBA is a plus

- At least 4 years of KAM experience in FMCG Spanish market is required.

- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking to develop and execute commercial and business plans.

- Strong interpersonal skills to develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally

- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- History of strong people management skills to include delegation, providing feedback, team building and motivation

- Negotiation and influence skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, with all management levels.

- Hands-on attitude, autonomous, confident working in a fast paced, continually changing environment

- High ethical standards, integrity and conflict resolution skills

- Personal values aligned with our company culture

Other considerations

- Position based in Barcelona area

- High command of English & Spanish, both spoken and written

- Knowledge of German or an additional language will be highly appreciated
