Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.

Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.



We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.



Your ‘day to day’





- Monitor the voice of our consumers, identifying trends and gain/pain points on a regular basis.

- Support channels on their initiatives to improve consumer experience.

- Analyse and create (support from Commercial Intelligence) via Power BI reports NPS trends and insights, to provide to channels on a regular basis.

- Consolidate all info coming from channels, to be able to prioritise, route and act upon different consumer info collected.

- Collaborate with the rest of intelligence teams in Spain to validate significant pain points to be able to provide business cases.

- Support on system maintenance and new touch point activations together with IS department.





Who we’re looking for





- University Degree

- Native or near native in Spanish and fluent in English (at least C1).

- 3-5 years of previous record in a similar role (Consumer Experience, NPS or other Consumer Survey)

- Strong collaborator and team player

- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Analytical and critical mindset

- Proactive and creative person

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Valid EU work permit.
