Ensure that the area assigned in Customer Service Department works properly, developing the strategy, controlling high quality standars.



- Coordinate performance and develop customer service employees assigned.

- Coordinate day-to-day operations in customer service department.

- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.

- Create and implement effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.

- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

- Assess service statistics and ensure department KPI´s accomplisment

- International guidelines and projects implementation



- Individual performance review

- Ensure Stryker rules accomplishment within customer service team

- Work as a team with the Customer Service Senior Manager
