ZeClinics is HIRING a Marketing Manager!

ZeClinics offers an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to be part of the team, whose mission is to provide an outsourcing solution for safety and efficacy screenings of novel chemical molecules using zebrafish. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing, maintain, and report the strategic marketing plan of the company. She/he will also support the Chief Marketing Officer in reviewing the strategy and adapting to the market.

Duties of the Marketing Manager include:

- Provide support to the Chief Marketing Officer in the continuous development and execution of the company's Marketing Plan.

- Design and execute digital marketing actions to help the company increase global "biobrand" awareness and inbound lead generation.

- Participate in Marketing Intelligence tasks giving support to the commercial team.

- Support in identify and analyze competition, research new target markets, and assist with events and trade-show activities.

- Support in creating different media associated with news or marketing actions (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/Sony Vegas).

- Maintain the relationship with PR agencies and create content for press releases and articles.

- Provide support to the subcontracted companies which are managing our website, CMS platform, and analytics tools intending to drive conversion, monitoring, and continually improving our SEO strategy.

- Create, manage, and follow marketing campaigns or services promoted through our Social Media, Website, Webinars, and Newsletters.


A Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing/Biology/Pharmaceutics.

(Pharmaceutical Marketing MSc or equivalent will be a plus).

Experience to value

- Marketing in the Life-Sciences sector.

- Google Analytics metrics and Google AdWords tools.

- Editing video and photo.

- Design and creativity.

- WordPress and SEO environment.

Additional skills

- Solid communication skills, including presentation, verbal, and written abilities, are a must.

- An ownership mentality.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with strict attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and departments.


Excellent command of English language and grammar, both verbal and written, will be mandatory. Ability to speak, read, and write in other languages (i.e., Catalan, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese and German) will be a plus.

Duration: work and service (3 years convertible into undefined)

Trial period: 6 months

Estimated annual gross salary: According to experience

Starting date: As soon as possible
