ADP is recruiting for inside sales representatives for our inside sales multinational team in Barcelona. As inside sales, you are responsible for a portfolio of clients for which you are the commercial contact. Your goal is to have recurring meetings over the phone and webex with your clients and work on a strategy to increase the business we do together.
Your clients are going to be multi-national enterprises that are processing their payroll through ADP in multiple countries. You will work together in an international team with other sales people who also have their own accounts and will also work closely together with the service relationship managers who are helping our clients from a service perspective.

The Inside Sales Representative will go through an on-line and formal classroom training program, learning to prospect for new business and/or sell additional business to existing ADP clients in an assigned geographic territory across the EMEA region. It will be focused on generating incremental business using sales automation software and internet technologies and working on the phone. This will be a quota-bearing position.
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exeprience selling software/services into Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
- Fluent in English and either Danish, Swedish or Finnish.
- Have at least 5 years of inside sales experience or field sales experience
- Exeprience with multi country negotiation and complex deals
- A track record of successful deals that you have closed
- Get excited of prospecting and closing deals
- Are motivated by success
- Are self starting
