Planning and executing in an organized, analytical, and timely fashion. Prioritize considering SLAs and deadlines.Review and respond to reports of potential privacy incidents escalated to G Suite Support by our Tier 1 review team, and follow defined processes to work with relevant parties where specified ( support case owner, and Google teams within and outside of G Suite Support) to investigate and remediate any issues.Track and assess incidents for trends and risk exposureUtilize approved monitoring tools and standards to assess the customer support representatives' knowledge of policies and adherence to policiesPerform G Suite Support workforce workflow and policy adherence audits by using approved monitoring tools,

processes and standards to identify non-compliance instances (or possible non-compliance instances) and following defined responses to follow up accordingly.Collect statistical data for reporting and trend analysisPerform investigations when requested, including building reports and dashboards, querying databases and creating query scriptWhere a prescribed audit process defines a target number of audits or tasks, ensure that these targets are met and the work completed is to the standards expected.Identify and flag new privacy/security issues, including vendor workflow/policy non-adherence risks, when encountered during course of role ( when new risk is identified during unrelated investigations).Define and suggest/implement improvement actions.Provide written reports, and create and conduct presentations when requested to management team and stakeholdersKeep up to date on changes to the relevant policies/workflows/guidelines necessary for investigating cases (in English)Assist and act as secondary/backup for the G Suite IT Admin Support Vendor Operations Data Privacy Program Manager with daily essential and/or time-sensitive tasks and escalations

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Sciences, or similar preferred)

Experience working with Gmail/Drive and/or G Suite

SQL skills

Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically

Self-starter, fast learner and strong attention to detail

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

Flexibility and ability to thrive in rapidly changing environment

Exceptional communications skills. Ability to clarify and communicate complex issues to different audiences (technical and non-technical)

Ability to identify workflow pain points and optimize or scale processes

Ability to navigate ambiguity and produce results

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working at a high-tech company focused on Incident Response and Threat Intelligence

Experience working with G Suite administration and/or support tasks

Familiarity with Privacy principles

Familiarity with Compliance standards (such as ISO27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, etc). Strong SQL skills

Business development experience for any third-party vendors; experience with outsourcing (including offshore) agreements and running end-to-end operations

Your role will involve following prescribed processes and workflows including but not limited to processes defined for addressing potential privacy issues in support case handling by vendor customer support representatives, and processes defined for conducting workflow/policy adherence audits. Your role will also include requests to assist in items considered as non-regular or 'once-off' incidents and investigations, such as reviewing samples of cases, reviewing and providing feedback on existing workflow processes/policies with the aim of identifying and reducing risks, building and running reports and dashboards for investigation analysis. You will work closely with G Suite Support Vendor Operations team members as well as with various cross-functional teams in Google and with vendor suppliers, and you will be assigned as the backup to the Data Privacy Program Manager within G Suite Support Vendor Operations
