Supporting the development of the region's Talent Management strategy, understanding the business needs across the regions, highlighting best practice and building robust programs to create real business value from the investment.
The delivery of initiatives including HiPo, Exec Coaching, Mentoring, and Succession planning as well as Exec/Leadership and Staff Development programs. This includes working with HR business leaders, content identification/development, and delivery.
Working closely with Regional/Local HR teams and leveraging the latest best practice.Collaborating with company HR and Group HR functions to update and deliver cultural on boarding and change programs.Analyzing program feedback and ROI,
adjusting content/program where needed, and continually looking for innovative best practices to improve the learner experience and outcomes.Delivering training interventions, designing, and facilitating customized interventions as part of wider change initiatives.Creating a communications plan to promote understanding of the development programs and opportunities.
Identifying latest trends and sharing best practice knowledge within the local/regional HR teams.Ensuring that forecasts and calculations of expenditure align with budget planning and tracking.
Good experience (+4 years) specializing in Talent Management and Development.Functional expertise in program design, benchmarking, creating and facilitating leadership, learning, career development and/or other related OD processes, within a complex, matrix organization.Strong experience in delivering a range of training programs.Knowledge of best and emerging practices in talent management including leveraging technology-based solutions
