The client is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager who will join the team to drive sales growths in Andalucía. Reporting to the National Commercial Director, you will lead the sales of company products and shape the route to market strategy to deliver volume and SOM targets. You will be responsible for building an effective cooperation with the clients and to set up and deliver the main KPIs with focus on sales volume and company brands distribution.

You will be responsible for the development and talent management of Andalucía field force.

Key Roles & Responsibilities: Build effective route to market strategy to actively sell company products to the trade, ensuring consumer demand is adequately serviced and brand objectives delivered. Deliver market KPIs in line with Annual and Strategic plans. Coach, develop and motivate the Andalucia`sfield force team. Manage and monitor effective sales programs, through-the-line marketing strategies including merchandising, shelf-space, and promotional programs. Monitors progress, as well as the quality of materials used and recommends corrective action where necessary. Collect field intelligence data through the internal sales force automation tool (TME).Monitor business and executional and report results including sales volume, pricing, stock management and brand listings.

- University degree is required.

- Min.5 years experience in FMCG sales and min. 3 yearss managing sales teams.

- Fluent written and spoken English is required.

- Willingness to travel within Andalucia.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills.

- Good presentation skills, ability to balance conceptual messages vs detailed explanations.

- Negotiation skill to resolve conflicts, make reasonable compromises and arrive at a decision involving various facts/ideas.

- Proven analytical skills as to define Regional Plans to reach company business objectives.

- Trade Research to apply competitive intelligence and strategic insight to evaluate consumer buying behaviour.

- Trade Segmentation to segment customersand analyse the intensity of the market activities.

- Result-oriented with optimism and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Ability to cope with stress and pressure.
