Managing the overall scope of HR activities for Spain, including 6 different plants and one office.
Providing HR advice and support to Managing directors of Spain, business leaders and employees; such as employment law, performance, training opportunities/development or explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner.
Ensuring the administrative management of all employees, organization and archiving of electronic and paper files, forms, employment agreements, holidays, absence, etc and complying with all company standards.
Supporting Managers in talent identification, individual development plans and defining & implementing training & development objectives for the employees in Spain.
Planning and conducting the recruitment and Importante empresa for all open positions and supporting the business leaders in the recruitment process.
Ensuring all employees are well onboarded and integrated and all necessary steps were performed (onboarding trainings, forms signed, probation follow-up).
Ensuring compliance with labor regulation of Spain and internal company standards and advising management on any labor related matters.
Coordinating payroll activities with our payroll provider in accordance with the Company's.
Coordinating and ensuring the mid-year and year-end performance appraisal process.
Preparing monthly reports based on company standards and according to local needs.
Establish relations with staff representatives and unions.
Managing relations with external partners (Social Security, pension funds, health insurance, Tax, ?).
Managing employee communication and employee events.
Supporting of international relocations from and to Spain and ensuring the integration and wellbeing of expats.
Participate in HR projects on request.
Management of 1 direct report.
Perfil Buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR management or business management.
Minimum 8 years of experience as HR Manager in an international business environment.
Strong knowledge of Spanish Labor Legislation and experiences with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Unions.
Excellent Importante empresa Office software knowledge and skill, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong communication skills required for a matrix organization.
Ability to work with remote teams and effectively communicate and collaborate.

Travel Requirements - regularly to the Spanish power plants
