Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)Defines and executes the digital platform multi-year technology strategy and road mapLeads enterprise and solution architecture across the organization, directing the definition, design, and assessment of suitable technology architectureLeads digital platform architecture design and development, including refining platform requirements and delivery of scalable platforms in an Agile environmentOversees the technical team to take the digital platform concepts from ideation through validation, measurement, and iterationFosters a culture of coaching, mentorship, Agile learning, communication and cross-functional collaborationCommunicates the technology vision and roadmap to Executive (ELT) and obtains endorsement and sponsorshipPartners with the infrastructure, enterprise technology delivery teams and other stakeholders to meet the requirements of the technology strategy and road mapEngages Senior Leadership (SLT) to understand business unit strategies, processes and priorities to inform the digital platforms technology strategy and road mapOperational Management:Leads the modernization of development and engineering practices,



including performance and quality engineeringDevelops appropriate Agile tooling and further develop DevOps CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery) practicesManages the design and transition to operations of the digital platform sustainability modelFacilitates quarterly reviews to assess performance and plans for the upcoming quarterLeverages data and analytical insights, coupled with a deep understanding of the organizational strategy, to increase the value and relevance of our digital platformsEnables a constant test and learn cadence for the digital platform teams, and translates marketand technology trends, competitive intelligence,



and cross-functional input into actionable and innovative roadmap initiativesQualifications:Completion of a University degree in the field of computer science/engineering or information technology or equivalentAt least 15 years of platform product management, and/or platform strategy leadership experience with a proven track record of enabling delivery in an Agile environmentAdvanced expertise in vendor partner management and demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and contract managementExtensive experience in building and launching major market facing digital products & servicesAdvanced experience working in a data-driven environment that is conducive to entrepreneurshipProvides thought leadership to formulate and scale minimum marketable digital productsAdvanced experience in facilitating ideation sessions using design thinking methodologiesAdvanced understanding of business/operational models and value exchange to generate digital revenueAdvanced communicator who builds and nurtures collaborative interactions with cross-functional teams of internal and/or external stakeholdersAdvanced communication skills, with the ability to articulate and drive the evolution and delivery of the business visionAdvanced ability to work effectively in a team setting, inspiring confidence through clear communication of direction and demonstrable digital business expertiseApplications for this opportunity will be accepted until end of day Friday, December 31,.At Wyth, our goal is to achieve a workforce as diverse as the people we partner with.
