The ERP Process and Compliance Support works closely with all different ERP Teams to lead different cross-functional initiatives and projects necessary to ensure:
organizational compliance in areas such as learning or document management
process efficiency and supporting tools configuration, for example ServiceNow or ALM
Key Responsibilities
Drives for organizational Process Optimization and improvement, provides actionable IT SM Process support that can also be translated to supporting tools such as ServiceNow ALM, etc.
Organization Data Administrator for ServiceNow and any other process related tool.
Lead / Sponsor / Manage special cross-organization projects and activities, such as Cornerstone adoption in the organization,

automation compliance support, etc
Provides support for ERP teams and the Document Administration Office in regards to the Group Informatics Document Standards and regulatory requirements (Good Documentation Practices, Computerized System Validation, IT Infrastructure Qualification approach, GxP, etc.).
Manage the Document Administration Office Service to ensure the proper Service Level Agreements and related KPIs are met and follow-up.
Training and awareness of IT SM processes
For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of technical documentation in a regulated environment
Knowledge of SAP, ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
Knowledge in Agile and Lean methodologies will be a plus
Drive for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
Very good English (Spoken & Written) and Technical writing skills with a sharp eye for details. German with any other language considered a plus.
Excellent grasp of Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, gDrive, G+ and Google Forms).

Customer oriented mindset.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics as well to adapt to changing environment/technologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.
Good judgment & negotiation skills. Flexible and team player personality and strong communicator. Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to established deadlines, and cross-cultural environment.
Experience presenting and dealing with senior management.
Structured approach, good technical documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
Self-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization.
Comfortable working in a virtual team environment.
Strong focus on quality and timing.
Ability to work autonomously.
A willingness to travel 5-15% internationally
