Responsible and accountable of the WW Production segment Plan. This role will define, deploy and monitor a business game plan based on business and customer insights.
This role will work closely with different functions (Marketing, Regional categories Material Biz Dev, Finance, CBM) to ensure that all the elements of segment plan (from demand generation, GTM readiness, NPI activities to Programs) are well aligned and guarantee to meet the business goals. Add 4Ps
This role is key to ensure the right focus and prioritization to execute best possible plans to meet business goals. It''s an action role so it requires drive and skills to make things happen in a complex environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
Define Sgment planIdentify target vertical that will drive sales 6-12 monthsEnsure demand generation plan in that verticalEnsure a compelling reason to buy that specific verticalDefinition and push for readiness of HP whole solution (HW + post-processing + SW/workflow + certifications)Ensure GTM capabilities are in placePricing strategy aligned with financial objectives and Product life cycleCompetitive analysis in the target verticalsEnsure right positioning and messagingIdentify the potential areas of growthSet up & drive Regional Game plan / planning session
Execution and monitoringWork together with Markets to execute and ensure all functions are aligned with defined segment plan.Define KPIs to track progress and identify deviationsDefine correcting actions and adapt.Support sales on key customer engagements/deals
