Leadership team member participating in corporate strategic planning and decision making. Sets direction for entire HR department and advises company Executives and managers on HR related issues.Accountable for all aspects of human resources for a company of 90 people.Leads improvement of HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce time of response to employees and customers.Initiate and is directly responsible for planning and design of outsourcing payroll.Responsible for benefits administration, open enrolment preparation and execution.Manages company plan.
