E-payment Technical Consultant w/ Native level of Dutch and English Indiferente

As E-Payment Technical Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Answering questions over the phone or by e-mail from your different customers (B2B)
- Providing your customers with information on various products and applications
- Giving advice and providing your customers with solutions for (technical) problems
- Maintaining a good relationship with your customers
- Making sure that the all the questions and incidents are solved and documented
