Operations and SupportSystem administration of heterogeneous IT environment with Windows 2008/2012System administration of SCCM 2012, management of full suite of applications, and proactive lead and participate in projectsDevelop, Test and deploy automation scripts along with Support and Change Control process managementWork closely with Server Admins and Deskside Support to manage Windows server and client OS'sManage User/Computer groups within Active DirectoryTroubleshoot hardware and software problemsProvide occasional remote support for patching and application deploymentParticipate in, and lead projects teams on various projectsWork on ticket resolution for incidents and changes allocated to the SSC IT Infrastructure Team groupMonitor systems on a daily basis to ensure appropriate service levels are met. Communicate & resolve any exceptions in a timely mannerCollaborate with Microsoft partners to drive change and establish best practicesActive Directory and/or LDAP directoriesExcellent troubleshooting skills (working in a process driven environment).Have worked in a production environment.Develop, communicate and evangelize technical strategy and standards.MaintenanceMaintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
