End User Computing is part of the CIB I&P function to ensure the customer has all required CORE infrastructure to work: Operating System Image, User authentication and access authorization based in Active Directory, messaging and collaboration tools access, print queue management, workstation security, software deployment and Patch management
· To provide support and assistance to 3rd line issues across the organisation.
· To provide expertise and in-depth analysis of platform/application performance and stability within the Print service based on Windows 2008 or 2012 servers.
· To further develop and improve the solution.
· To assist in developing management tools to empower the infrastructure teams to deliver best of class service.
· In addition, to provide documentation and training to other members of the Client Services group. Helping build skills to fix service issues and to assist staff with related questions and issues.
His/her main tasks are but not limited to :
Basic responsibilities :
· Investigating ongoing problems and providing root cause analysis for both performance and stability issues on printing service and solutions around printing service
· Liaising with the vendor within the company to provide coordination of effective support where required.
· Manage the request (add / remove / update) and incident around printer queues
· Keep up to date and the production of printing solution
· Keeping updated on technological change
