Key Responsibilities:+ Join the Travel team and work as Business Development in the Spain market+ Be responsible for monthly target of Gross Revenues+ Recruit and launch strategic partner to sell on Groupon's European marketplace in accord to the Company strategy+ Set up sellers for success, delivering new business growth in accord to the company strategies base in the countryQualification:Bachelor in Economics and tourist materials or jurisprudence and engineeringSkills and experience:+ Results orientation and can-do mentality.+ Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).+ Strong negotiation, relationship building and communication skills.+ Self-driven and entrepreneurial.+ 2-3 years of experience in sales / marketing with proven track.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply.Competencies:The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in selling (commercial experience in business competitor flash sales will be considered a plus) He/She is a person focus on achieve the goals, very responsible on the work, able to be empathic and always optimistic and Ego-driver. Average level of compulsory English and other European languages is requested will be considered a plus. Interested in new technologies, capable internet user, able to work on with CRM (Salesforce) will be considered a plus.
