Qualifications:Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Minimum 8 years experience.Technical skills: Java / J2EE, Oracle, XML, Unix/Linux knowledge, Angular, Node.js, CSS, HTML.Responsible for understanding complex end-to-end systemsLanguages: excellent written and spoken English is a must. Others are a plus.Experience in software development projectsExperience in user interfaces and user experienceProven troubleshooting and analytical skillsKnowledge and Skills RequiredUsing software applications design tools and languages.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong attention to detailDesigning software applications running on multiple platform types.User interface and user experience expertise.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.Knowledge of Telco industry and standardsGood at all planning aspects, including people, facilities, and scheduleCopes well under pressure and with uncertainty
