In Iberia J&J Consumer there are over 320 employees in Marketing & Sales with central offices in Madrid and Lisbon.RESPONSIBILITIES:As Medical Affairs Specialist you will be the medical and scientific voice of expertise for assigned products and relevant therapeutic areas. The role involves partnership and close collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales, Consumer Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, HCC, etc.) as appropriate.You will be responsible of reviewing and approving promotional materials, handling internal and external medical information enquiries and performing literature searches for assisting in the development of new claims for key brands. You will provide product training to internal and external stakeholders as required. You will also perform medical writing activities to support regulatory projects. Throughout this, you will need to ensure compliance with all applicable national laws and regulations, guidelines, company policies and procedures and accepted standards of best practice. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS:+ Fluent EnglishQULIFICATIONS:+ Medical, Life Sciences or Pharmacist degree.EXPERIENCE:+ 4+ years of recent experience in medical affairs department.+ People management experience is desirableASSOCIATED COMPETENCIES+ Ability to work with teams and individuals.+ Solid working knowledge of pharmaceutical concepts.+ Analytical skills.+ Effective communication skills.+ Proactive attitude.+ Able to work with autonomy, adaptability, flexibility.CONTRACT+ Maternity leave replacement (6 months).
