To attain and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction ratings and further strengthen long-term relationships within nominated customer accounts. As part of a team, the Account Manager will focus on increasing the usage of existing services to achieve monthly revenue targets and continued growth within new / existing clients. They will also promote the wider range of Achilles services.1. To maximise the sale of products and services into existing and potential customer accounts.2. To develop and sustain long-term client relationships that will facilitate and support the ongoing development of services.3. To promote the wider use of sector services through industry sector customer training, visits and subscriber interest groups.4. To ensure successful implementation of all supplier management services with nominated accounts.5. Be an integral part of the team working closely with the Sector Manager and other operational staff to contribute positively to the development of the operation to ensure delivery of the overall revenue targets.6. To generate leads and opportunities with potential buyer accounts.7. To ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a timely way in accordance with the customer's needs and the Achilles' product roadmap.8. To communicate effectively to the Services team and colleagues in other parts of the business.9. To work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.1. A proven track record of similar roles in customer facing environments.2. Proven knowledge of the industry.3. Strong knowledge and awareness of IT solutions to meet specific business process and consultancy services.4. Account management experience in a service environment.5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.6. The confidence and maturity to deal with customer issues effectively, quickly and in a planned manner.7. A professional appearance and attitude to business and customer relationships.8. Strong interest in business and business operations.9. Experienced in organisational change and development.10. Experience and capability in developing processes and systems.11. Extensive experience in using MS applications (including PowerPoint; Project12.
