You will utilize case management tools to assist customers in completing their human resource transactions in the HR System, in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and Service Center Standards. Your customers will be the employees in the UK/Ireland/France/Switzerland//Nordics region.Minimum 3 years of applicable experience, local HR experience (demonstrates effective HR process analysis capability), experience in analyzing and delivering an enterprisewide HR service transition. Strong communication and collaboration/influencing skills at least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Administrator. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools. Proven problemsolving skills. Solid knowledge of any HR System ( Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors). Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish preferred and other European languages.
