We need to incorporate a Front Desk Agent for one of our suites buildings located in Seville city. Main functions will be:Offer guests the highest quality standards in the management of their experience before, during and after the stay. Serve guests in all their needs (promote and sell services, assistance and information, resolution of doubts).Process reservations, welcome, charging and billing of all guests. Coordinate the cleanup for the proper provision of the accommodation units. Management skills and handling of relevant documentation. Prepare daily reports to management on the activity of the establishment, full reports and closing designated box in the computer system.Reservations management.Billing and cash.Cancellations, postponements or unexpected departures.Mail and messaging.Manage and solve potential complaints from the customers.Maintenance of customer base and attracting new customers.Output to requests from the central: reviewing reservations, rate changes, closing notifications for full occupancy and be alert for reservation requests.Ensure that everything operates ideal, serving, managing, implementing and/or deriving the demands and needs of customers to the company staff to get solve in the shortest time possible and with maximum satisfaction.RequisitosApplications which do not meet all requirements will not be taken into account:- 5 years experience in Reception Departments (Accommodation industry).- Fluent English and Spanish is a must.
