Customer Master Data Analyst - Barcelona Indiferente

As member of the Continental Europe Order to Cash (O2C) department:Responsible for the Continental Europe CRM customer data accuracy for the whole region as a pre-requisite for the Billing and Collection activities.In close collaboration with the front office, guide the Consultants through the Customer Master set up to assure a proper customer master databaseApply appropriate data cleansing tools to review and audit Customer Master Data; research potential duplicate records; ensure compliance with naming and address standards Use Customer Master Data Service Provider to check correct customer info as well as setting up advised credit limitsConduct periodic customer master auditsLiaise with internal and external customers to support business processesTake a leading role in the implementation of new processes, tools and best practicesParticipate in Finance Improvement related projectsPerfil buscado (h/m)Administrative degree or equivalentDynamic, organised with a methodical approach.
