>We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active full-time Quality Assistant to provide administrative support to the Quality international Team in a dynamic environment. Principal duties include providing business and organizational support to the VP QA International and the QA EMEA Team. Key responsibilities: Preparation and tracking of business metricsPreparation of Management Review presentations for EMEA and AP and archiving in the Quality Management System DatabasePreparation of Monthly ReportsSupport on Field Corrective Action Execution:Prepare letters for Field Corrective Actions;Interface with translation agency for translations;Inform, by written, all team executing necessary tasks and perform follow-up;Receive and archive all acknowledgment forms;Maintain all electronic documentation in specific sharepoint;Prepare regular reports and inform team on follow-up of the tasks;Ensure good documentation practices with all paper and electronic records.After Receiving appropriate training in the documentation database (PLM Ignite) be able to:Prepare and process change requests in the documentation database within agreed timelines;Interface with training coordinator if released documents affect training.
