Manager Business Development - Málaga Indiferente

In this position, you will be working from our office in the center of Malaga. You will report to the Managing Director. This role covers business development opportunities in Spain. To be considered for this role you will need to the ability to strategically target the right prospects, build lasting relationships and close deals.Main responsibilities:Builds SilverLime Spain´s market position by exploring, locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with providers of banking products in Spain.Develop, maintain and execute prospect planLead the development of sales kits and presentations to prospects.Lead the sales to identified prospects in the market.Ensure alignment with functional counterparts in on client side as well as SilverLime Spain The first point of contact for banks with SilverLime Spain Job Explore willingness and conditions under which banks want to cooperate with SilverLime Spain and the extent of that cooperation.Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options.Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering, exploring, and prioritizing opportunities according to attractiveness and business potential for SilverLime Spain Contact prospects and develop understanding of the customer's needs and overall business marketplace, channel, consumer, competitive environment, strategy, productivity, profitability and the across value chainDevelop negotiating strategies and positions that are in line with SilverLime Spain´s objectives, strategies, and operations; examining risks and potentials.Lead the development and presentation of solutions to prospects. Ensure that there is collaboration and alignment with Product Management and the Web Team.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Ensure alignment of SilverLime Spain ´s business with functional counterparts in the client organization.Provide input to Product Management customer/market feedback on lead generation performance gaps/improvement needs and business intelligence.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
